NAHB 教育 seeks to engage with relevant industry partners to supplement continuing education opportunities for designees and to broaden the reach of NAHB’s curriculum. NAHB has partnered with the following organizations as either a provider or to offer some form of reciprocity for continuing education hours.
The Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) and Certified Green Professional™ (CGP) programs are recognized by the 美国建筑教育委员会, the accreditation organization for universities and colleges with construction management programs.
The National Association of Home Builders is a registered provider of AIA-approved continuing education under Provider Number G533. These learning programs are registered with AIA CES for continuing professional education. 像这样, it does not include content that may be deemed or construed to be an approval or endorsement by the AIA of any material of construction or any method or manner of handling, 使用, 分发, 或经营任何材料或产品. AIA continuing education credit has been reviewed and approved by AIA CES. Learners must complete the entire learning program to receive continuing education credit. AIBD. All face-to-face and online education provided by NAHB is approved by the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) for continuing education units. Members of the Institute seeking credit must self-report by 提交表单 and providing verification of attendance or completion. 积分为1分.0 CE单位每接触小时.

NAHB Courses Approved for State Contractor Licenses
NAHB designation courses are not automatically approved by state licensing boards for contractor CE. Courses must be submitted by state or local associations for approval.
Some local or state home builder associations have submitted courses for approval to help meet residential contractor state licensing requirements. Below are the states and courses that have been submitted and approved for continuing education credits for contractor licenses by a local HBA. NAHB is happy to provide course content and information for any state or local HBA that wishes to submit courses for approval for any state licensing board.
乔治亚州
NAHB’s courses qualify under the Rules of the 乔治亚州 State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for continuing education credit hours. It is important to note that online courses (including virtual and webinars) can only count for 50% of your total hours.
路易斯安那州
The 路易斯安那州 State Licensing Board for Contractors has approved all of NAHB’s courses for CE, 包括在线课程.

NAHB’s courses have been approved by the state for Continuing Competency.
